A collector's copy of King's first short story collection, with vintage autograph. N.S. $8.95 on unclipped dust-jacket. Octavo, Hardcover, red boards & black cloth in dust jacket. The true 1st/1st of Night Shift has a code of S-52 on the gutter of the last page. This is the 3rd printing of this title.

Signed directly into the book on the FFEP, first free end paper. Not on some bookplate that was then affixed into the book. Excellent signature & inscription presentation. Condition: Near Fine. Clean & straight boards with some small marks to one area of bottom page edges. No other markings, writings, or stampings. No attached bookplates or signs of any removed. A wonderful bright clean copy. Tight spine without binding separation.  The book is free of ripped, creased, or missing pages.
